Great location and good service. The breakfast was also very good. The rooms/corridors could do with some work. It's not bad, just obvious that the last refurb was some time ago and some paint and tlc would not go amiss.

Arrived very early from Gatwick and having had emails already with the property I was allowed to check in early. Had to wait a couple of hours but asked if I could get a breakfast and add it to my bill. Well what a breakfast massive choice continental and cooked to order juice cereal yoghurt coffee was outstanding as was the salmon N scrambled eggs. Brown bread was a delight with proper butter and marmite. So good I repeated it next morning!!! Now to rooms exceptional Bed duvet and oh those pillows (now I struggle with pillows at home) so I stripped it back took pics of details and hopefully can track 1 down!!! It was a warm room on 5th floor and Glasgow was having a heatwave (for them in November) so the added bonus of a fan in room proved a right bonus. Lovely property great location for me....and centre to be fair

Words sometimes don't do enough justice to how highly myself and my wife feel about Malmaison Glasgow! We got married on Saturday 31st January at 23 Montrose Street Glasgow, with our evening reception being held at the Malmaison. This a double bluff for all of our evening guests, as they thought I had arranged a surprise 40th Birthday Party for my now wife! However much to everyone's surprise, we had in fact invited them all to our wedding reception. The hotel staff honestly couldn't do enough from the very early stages of arranging everything! This involved private dinning for our 30 day guests, keeping us away from bumping into evening guests by using staff lifts and also keeping all day guests in a separate part of the hotel. The overall experience was one that everyone attending will never forget. If there was more stars I would happily give them. Our meal provided by the head Chef was 1st class, and thoroughly enjoyed by all of our guests! (We also got to speak with him personally during our menu tasting, which was an excellent addition). A special note for Carla and Alison, who helped us from the very start. They are a credit to the hotel and the group.

Very spacious room, large bed. Very comfy. Has iron and ironing board in room. Shower very nice. Bar downstairs is great, lovely tall ceiling. We didn't have a meal there, but the breakfast was very good with a choice of cooked or continental. Location is very close to centre as well. They share parking with Q car park, so there's a discount code. It's an uphill walk to Malmaison from the car park though.

Really nice hotel, room was decent and the bed comfy. There was a bit of noise from somewhere but it didn't keep me awake. I ate at the bar in the basement and the food was well cooked and plenty of it. I got a good rate on a Monday night so overall excellent value.

The service was excellent. I believe the lighting in the rooms could be improved, as the room remained dim even with all the spotlights activated. The dark walls also contributed to this issue. Perhaps brightening the rooms would be beneficial.

Comfortable and well located. Friendly and warm welcome made us feel at home. Staff at breakfast were friendly too. Room and bathroom a little dated but clean and ok. Breakfast option was good with freshly prepared cooked breakfast
